DAMN! This work out is tough. I watched the video first, then I went back and watched again while doing the exercises. I didn't do the whole time on some of them, but I'm going to stick with it for a while. -

I think there should be some time for resting between each exercise, about 15 or 30 seconds. As a beginner, i really can't do a 10 minutes straight -

You should add stretching after the workout because stretching plays most imp role in workouts and building muscles.
