Bro I always have this little smirk as I watch your videos bc it-s overall just 100% aesthetically pleasing from the fit, the hair, the accessories and style. then the background is always clean and modern. high tech appliances, lighting, aperture. then the content is always concise, and straight forward with great amounts of authenticity and charm. You-re the man and it-s great that you put content out to promote true masculinity which is all the above mentioned in my belief. No toxic masculinity coming from you and that-s awesome. Thank you for your example

Good thing I changed my bread for fruit and Greek yoghurt. All the vitamins and protein I need. But I-m trying to lose some weight. Born with it and it always stayed. I now finally started doing stuff against it (I-m 16 now, lost 4 kg this year already. My goal is to get rid of 15 in total. Bringing me down to 74 kg. Then I will start to work on my sixpack. Since my arms and legs are already quite super muscular from all the cardio

Hey what if we are on the skinner side? I-m skinny and I-m trying to develop my abs but also gain weight. Would I still be able to eat Bread and Yogurt or should I still cut it out? I really need help because I-m skinny and trying to gain weight with a healthy diet but also I-m trying to develop my abs. What should I do?

Agree with everything you said, except not totally on yogurt part. I have pretty well defined abs and yogurt is my main diet. I make my own yogurt/kefir with low fat organic milk and drink some of it every day. I also do at least half an hour high intensity workout almost daily

My man was saying bread when he was actually trying to say white bread. I make homemade bread everyday and never add any unecessary ingredients like sugar or whatever. Honestly I am pretty shredded and totally recommend bread with grains or whole wheat bread.

REPLY- I have 2 questions. Im allergic to gluten and I eat gluten free whole grain bread usually at one of my meals, would that still be bad for trying to get abs? My second question is if low fat, and low sugar plain greek yogurt would destroy your abs?

Is it possible for someone to have uneven abs corrected? I have uneven abs when I tone and one side doesn't even look relevant to the other, is there a way to correct this or rebuild this composition and definition?

In India we guys use to have raita instead of yogart. It is basically curd blend with some water and some basic spices like salt, black salt, roasted and meshed papermint in it.

I make homemade yogurt at home. I don't make it with sugar. If I really need some sweetness, I just add a little bit of brown sugar but otherwise I wont add any sugar.
