Training abs. Serious waste of time. Just do compound exercises, skip machines. The impact is very little, mostly because the abdominal muscles are too small to excercise them isolated.

Besides the leg raises, the workout felt pretty simple but I-m pretty sure I wasn-t using proper form on everything-will keep at it, thanks for posting Alex!
