Man Alex I've tried all these tips for so long and my beard doesn't want to grow. My genes rnt doing that good of a role either cuz I'm Pakistani and my dad had a full proper beard when he was my age and so did my brother, but its not working. I also workout to increase testosterone but that doesn't help either. Can u plz help me out here.

I don't know when these pimples will leave my face, I loose 50% of my confidence just because of these pimples. I'm literally doing everything possible like exercising daily, taking care of my diet, proper skin care routine, Drinking lots of water, etc. why god why me! --
