1 month before this video was released i was fat due to being restless in lockdown and i started working out and i gradually became fit in a month but didnt lost too much fat and then this video came and i had enough strength to do this workout and after doing this workout for five times a week regularly till this date i am here and i just wrote it to express my feelings towards this legend. now i not only lost all the fat but now i am also very fit and active + muscular thanks to this legend alex costa. i can never pay the debt of yours: >

Would like to me a few suggestions. There is no clock/countdown/timer alerting the viewer. That would mean theyd have to be staring at the screen for the duration. There is no verbal queues when a particular exercise starts or is nearing completion or completed. The same goes for the 5 seconds between exercises.
I would suggest maybe doing a voiceover on this video with your giving more dictation throughout the circuit.

I was months without any exercise, but this really pushed me to do it. I died, had to rest before the end of the exercises, but I feel that if I keep doing it, I will get there. Thank you for this, Alex! You already helped me a lot with my style and now this. You are the best!

Good workout. Would love for there to by a tiny beep whenever the workout is over so that I can get that 5 seconds to reset. At times I can't watch the screen when doing certain workouts, and I end up running my rounds right into one another.

Guess I'll give this a try. Before I begin, I have like no muscles at all (obviously incorrect but you get what I mean. I'll try to do this at least once per day every day and I'll update once per month IF I don't forget to lol

This workout is good. But just workout is not complete to built body, in taking healthy food is also necessary. So can u suggest some high nutritional foods?

I wish there was a sound to indicate when an exercise timer was done. I couldn't watch the screen the whole time and kept missing breaks. It was frustrating.

Do this 4 DAYS A WEEK AND THEN LIFT WEIGHTS FOR 2 days, AND KEEP 1 rest DAY, and YOU WILL BE GOOD TO GO
