I dont like my hair but the girls in the video have gorgeous hair. mine is a brown, curly, tangled blob on my head and i dont like it. people are always like, Ohh I would love to have your hair or Your hair is so beautiful I love it i tell them its hard to handle with because its really messy and hard to go through and being the quick minded people they are always say Nah, can't be too bad even though its a pain to go through since when you brush it when its dry it becomes frizzy but when its wet its still hard to go through. sorry for the pain of reading this useless comment LOL

I am African American and I have really short hair. My hair is not natural, it is relaxed and I don't like it at times. It's one of my biggest of insecurities, I've gotten bullied because it was short and I just wish it was long or that I can where my natural hair. But I can't, at least not now. I don't get to make that decision. My mom does. My hair stops at the lower part of my neck. Hair is such a big deal in my culture and society and I feel like I can't fit into either.

Oh yeah in high school others made fun of my curly hair and I was so insecure about it, still am, but thanks to youtubers that have the same hair structure as I have I finally saw someone who had the same hair and wore it proudly and that inspired me so much. Thanks to them I taught how to take care of my hair and now I'm not that ashamed of my hair anymore. Still can't take any compliments tho, and still it's so much work, but yeah, I think I'm getting there

I absolutely love my hair because I caught a really bad case of lice during Middle school and had to cut it so far that I looked like a boy. There are so many girls that pull that look off really well, but I wasn't one of them I've learned to love and appreciate my hair because I used to get so many stares and comments on how I shouldnt have cut it, but now I have it all back: )

In middle school (at least at my school) the ideal style is the puff on the top of your head. But my hair is to kinky to be a HUGE puff like Tylers in this video. I really want hair like that but my kinky and tight curls wont let my hair be in a big puff its only a medium sized one and my friends tease me for it. Sometimes I just wanna be different

I honestly felt myself and others like myself to be left out in this type of thing. Being a 15 year old girl who lost all of my hair due to alopecia, it was kind of hard to watch because they did not mention that it is also beautiful to not have hair because it is just hair And trust me I cant be the only bald girl watching? Or maybe I am. Lol

I used to hide behind my hair. Now I decided to start loving how I look and embracing it so I cut my hair really short. O don't know if all this makes any sense but it made me feel better about myself because I have to see me and now I can't just hide behind long hair. OF COURSE I THINK BOTH SHORT AND LONG HAIR LOOK GREAT ON EVERY ONE
