You guys are so amazing, and this personal breakdown of your programs is so incredibly helpful Ive always felt overwhelmed about which one to try (and I want to try all of them, but Retreat and Complete sounds like what my 2020 is going to consist of/what I need in reflection of the goals Ive written down. Learn to let go, and then look inward to work on myself. Thank you for all you do

Thanks guys for all the vids, everything. I do weight lifting, I was the guy that kept spamming about yoga for weightlifters during a live Q&A, so would 'Complete' be the one for me after I do 'Retreat'? I lift weights three days a week, but soon will be five. I just wanted to know if 'Complete' is the one, or if you have any suggestions?

Which program do you recommend for a novice? I've taken a few classes at gyms before, but this would be the first intentional yoga program. Not that flexible yet, but eager to make it part of my new chapter.
