I don't usually comment on videos but I literally teared up and fought reaaaaally hard to contain my tears. I remember watching your videos when I was at high school and not studying because I stayed up all night doing my hair and trying over and over until I got it right. I've grown up with you and seeing how much you have achieved and grown up since then makes me so happy and proud of you I'm on my second year of university now and somehow your videos always take me back in time and make me feel like I'm 13 all over again. Thank you for being you And for being that part of my life that brings me so many memories and joy can't wait to see what the future has for you and I'm so glad to say that I'll be here supporting you oh, and I'm from Peru btw

I love your videos. Also I love that you decided to go to school for hair and learn and know what you are actually talking about. not alot of YouTube's who make videos about make up have the education background in the field. they just learned for YouTube and others. which is great but there is more to it than just doing it on yourself if you want to claim your artist. I know a few girls who say they are makeup artists but learned all their techniques from YouTube and never did a person other than their selves. I live In Canada so I had to go to school to learn because I taught myself but I could get away with that if I wanted to get a job like some can. I will be getting a certificate very soon. than I plan to go a get a diploma in makeup artistry.

It wasn't until this video that I began looking through ur old videos, n I'm so proud that you've come so far U really inspired me a lot. I used to struggle a lot with different anxieties, but u helped me through all of that with ur positivity. I've always struggled with anxiety, I'm graduating with a bachelors in history in one more semester, and I've been thinking about getting my masters, but I don't know what my next step is going to be. All I know is that I always want to be happy and creative and unafraid to explore my many interests It's stories like this that give me, and so many others, the courage to do just that We love you

Omg I almost forgot it was called letsmakeitup1 I've always loved your videos from the beginning we both went to cosmetology school around the same time And it is so true when you say cosmetology school brings you out of your shell because it did for me also Your videos are amazing and help me out also so much even if I am a cosmetologist it's always great to think of tricks to make something so complicated so much easier especially for those prom girls Haha

I started watching your videos when I was a little seventh grader just wanting to learn how to French braid (thanks braiding encyclopedia) and now I'm gonna graduate high school soon and your videos/tutorials have always been there for me along the way (and a lot of people always tell me how great I am at braiding and I was kinda known as the girl who always braids her hair for a while and that's all thanks to you) congrats on 1 million kayley
