If you’ve ever wondered whether finishing a hair product actually changes your opinion of it this video is for you. Today I'm sharing my honest haircare empties review after fully using up these products. I tested each one long-term so I could see how they actually perform over time not just first impressions. In this video we’ll talk about: Which hair products are worth repurchasing Which ones I wouldn't buy again How they performed after months of real use Whether the results lived up to the claims As someone who loves digging into hair science and haircare ingredients, I always try to understand not just if a product works but why. If you enjoy thorough product testing, realistic hair routines, and honest reviews, make sure to subscribe for more videos like this. And let me know in the comments: What hair product have you actually finished recently Related Videos - My video on K18 science and application: - LabMuffin's excellent video on bond repair products CHAPTERS 00: 00 Intro 01: 09 K18 03: 51 Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo & Conditioner 07: 35 ColorWOW Blow Dry Spray 9: 47 K18 Clarifying Shampoo 11: 33 Virtue Flourish Density Booster 14: 54 Necessaire Body Lotion 16: 15 Naturium the Purifier Body Wash 17: 45 The Face Shop Yehwadam Silky Smooth Body Peeling Gel 19: 31 Charlotte Tilbury Setting Spray 21: 43 BASK Sunscreen ) 23: 13 Anua Hyaluronic Acid Serum 24: 34 Pat McGrath Under Eye Powder 25: 42 Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Powder 26: 45 Final thoughts LINKS (contains affiliate links) K18 Redken Acidic Bonding Shampoo Conditioner ColorWOW Blow Dry Spray Virtue Flourish Density Booster Necessaire Body Lotion Naturium The Purifier Body Wash The Face Shop Yehwadam Silky Smooth Body Peeling Gel Charlotte Tilbury Setting Spray BASK Sunscreen Anua Hyaluronic Acid Serum Pat McGrath Under Eye Powder Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Powder Follow and Chat with me at: My Website: www. kayleymelissa. com Instagram: KayleyMelissa Pinterest: kayleymelissa FB: kayleymelissa Twitter: kayleymelissa SnapChat: KayleyMelissa For business inquiries: kayleymelissamattermediagroup. com Mailing Address: Kayley Melissa 4441-106 Six Forks Rd #165 Raleigh, NC 27609 FTC: This video is not sponsored. now i know i left a comment day of posting. id like to add another: as someone with really bad eczema during cold dry weather and as a reaction to allergens using facial skin care products on your entire body immensely improves how you feel in and about your skin. also, turns out its cheaper and really simple to make it yourself (my allergies include soy and green beans (which is how cosmetic companies get hyaluronic acid) so i have no choice but to make my own bc soy is in practically everything)

I find prequel gleanser works really well for my dry skin. Its meant for face and body and I use it for both and it works well! The cleanser is 50% glycerin and so when you rinse it off your skin already feels so moisturized and is a perfect base to lock in with a body cream and butter and my skin is mosturized a full 24 which for my eczema prone skin is a big deal!
Also absolutely love K18! If youre interested in more bond repair Epres is also really good for pre shampoo!

I've been using the redken bonding shampoo and conditioner for years now! my hair is really damaged from regular bleaching and redken is working really well for it. i love your explanation about the chemistry behind it
last year i discovered the redken hydrating curl cream for myself and it's been a game changer for my curls. i wonder what you would think about that product and how it holds up next to the curl products you've tried already

I've been curious to try K18 products but I'm not sure how different they are from Olaplex. I've never had any issue with their products and always use them when coloring my hair.
As for the body peeling gel, its my understanding that those types of products ball up and that is mostly what you see, the product itself. That causes a physical exfoliation wherever you are using it. They are really fun to use.

I know it’s technically for the face but you could try the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser I also have massive sensory issues with my skin and that stuff is the only thing I’ve ever bought that makes it possible to LOOK FORWARD TO washing my face, and I’m currently using it all over while I wait to try the Cerave Hydrating Body Wash, which I understand is very similar.

I've bought the Neutrogena hydroboost water cream countless times now, along with the hydroboost cleansers and hand cream. I've really loved a lot of the Verb products, especially the volume shampoo/conditioner, the density peptide shampoo, the leave in cream, and the ghost oil. Current favorite is also the Bumble and Bumble thickening spray

I love mixing the Naturium Niacinamide and oil body washes together. I mix them on my loofa, squish off the extra so I have a nice layer all over my body, and let it sit on my skin while I pumice my feet and exfoliate my face, then rinse off and my skin feels SO soft and smooth. I do also get body acne and eczema.

The pink pat mcgrath under eye setting powder has been out of stock forever. I’m worried but glad to see your review of the light one, I think I’ll try it. The company filed bankruptcy and I’ve been super worried about not being able to find it or the formula changing.

Kayley, I would really love it if you could do a video on the makeup you are using I was staring at your face the whole time, it has such a wonderful glow! Or maybe it's the skincare that you use! :D Thank you for the recommendations!

I wish they understood that when i want to try a new product i dont wanna buy a gallon of it cause then i feel i have to keep going even if it isnt right for me. If that makes sense.

Have you been recently inspired by any movie / TV show hairstyles
I feel like braids will get back as a mainstream hairstyle soon. And when I think braids, you always come to my mind

I been using the dove intensive repair which also has citric acid. After this I’m interested in trying the redken one since it looks like they have a curl specific formula too!

I love that you talked about your ocd in regards to hair care! I used to sit in the bathroom for an hour every night searching for split ends and snipping them.

I am obsessed with the RedKen One United treatment spray. It has 25 benefits (according to the bottle. It smells divine and I'm on my second bottle of it x

I just started using cyklar body wash and in shower body oil and so far I’m really liking it it makes me smell so nice so definitely recommend trying

For the body wash, I actually prefer Naturium's Multi Oil body wash to the Bioderma shower oil. I thought Naturium's was more hydrating.
