It's a pretty palette no doubt. And yes, it is a nice fall color scheme. But I already have all those shades/tones in like 4 other palettes. The only color that kinda stood out to me and was unique was quirky. Other than that, it's a yawn-been-there-done-that-bought-that palette. Not to mention the packaging is cute but weird/inconsistent. If it was a spring launch, it would make sense but with all the fall colors and the name of the palette, why not have a design with a cat in pajamas sipping on a PSL or like jumping leaves or something. Laura has a cat, it would have been a great personal touch to have a cartoon version of her cat on the palette. Just anything other than the flowers that don't match the scheme at all But it's great and nice of you to support your friend. I won't be buying this tho.

i trust manny's opinion but it's just hard for me to believe that this is genuine. I know as much as you say that you're going to be honest, when it comes down to it Laura is your friend and you're not going to bash your friend's product. You, more than all of us, know how hard she probably worked on this and how excited she is about releasing it. That's why, even though you can say you're impartial, you're not. I think the palette is WAY overpriced for the colour selection. I think it's amazing that Laura has come out with a palette on her own that she seems to be really proud of. However, this palette is too expensive for me and a lot of people.

Y'all. If you want a 20 dollar palette then go buy something made in China. This is made in the US. Everyone is always so angry that everything is made in China and businesses are taking jobs elsewhere so they don't have to pay their employees. Well, that's why other makeup is so damn cheap. She chose to have it made here and sorry, but since you have to pay employees here, YEAH it's going to be expensive. You want people to be paid a living wage. You want jobs to stay here. You want to stop animal testing. You want products made in the US, but then you complain that it's more expensive? Y'all. Make up your mind

I may be a little late to the comment section, but im proud of Laura and the price may seem high but for a brand that isn't a collaboration and is made in the US and not china the price point is perfect especially since it is her own money she invested into her own brand. Also saw a lot of comments on how manny didnt swatch the black or use it but if you watched the whole video and actually listened he watched and used the black in the tutorial.

so many people say YouTubers who are making their collabs and own brands are annoying, don't work hard etc. but they're the ones at the end of the day buying the products from the people they hate tbh where would they be without the YouTubers they hate? they wouldn't know how to blend properly without Manny, Laura, Patrick etc. they wouldn't know what a undertone is. so they can't say much about anything.

wow like you did a really good job being a good friend, trying to lift this product up and sell it. but like it just really seems like a failed, boring, hard to use product, oh well, maybe the next one will be better. i can imagine how hard this type of thing is to do, like everyone makes mistakes. practice makes perfect, this is just clearly not a must have.

The colors remind me of so many other palettes. that are not 40. Also I think you have to work your makeup brand up to price it high. Even the aesthetics of the palette its self does not scream quality. It's cute not classy. You said it yourself, when your negative and it comes back to you. Wonder why she's getting so much negativity.
