You should check out a YouTuber named glittergirlc and she does a bunch of vivid colour make up like that and draws some pictures on her eyes something you should totally try out and she also makes her own eye liner with some sort of gel stuff and you could have totally got the liner part of this make up tutorial better with that gel so you should totally check out some of her videos

Manny, i think the problem i syou used the wrong colors. I'm a color theorist and this artist used yellow, cyan, and magenta. The blending of these colors is what causes the hint of orange and purple and red you see in there. Try it out

No tea no shade but I don't think that the fan actually did this if you look at the photo it almost looks like she drew it on a computer or something or photoshop the skin looks a little too perfect. There is no texture at all.

I think there is another technique. First u have to build this white area with white pencil, then blend all this colours up and down from that white area by trying do not come on it. THen just cover with conciler and white ishadow.
