Sarah has one of the most basic fundamental tutorials any nail beginner technician or hobbyist needs to see. Sarah teaches you how to remove acrylic nails or gel polish the safe way to prevent any damage to the natural nail. Sarah begins by filling off the top of these super grown out nails with her e-file and then pops them into a dual layer manicure bowl with hot water in the bottom and Pure Acetone in the top. The hot water helps the acetone soak the acrylic off faster and prevents your clients fingers getting super cold. The nails are left to soak for 20 minutes before Sarah takes them out, wipes off the fully processed acrylic before buffing away the softened acrylic still adhered to the nail. To make sure all the acrylic has been soaked she pops the nails back in acetone for a further 10 minutes to repeat the process. To finish the nails off and make them ready for reapplication of product Sarah preps the cuticles with a diamond ball bit in her e-file and buffs the rest of the nail gently
