I know this comment is most likely not needed anymore considering how late it is but I would keep the paint colors light because the amount of natural light that you have coming in is amazing so keeping the colors light will allow you to be able to maximize the light that is already coming in. Not only is the window lighting pretty and better for filming, but it can and will allow you to save a ridiculous amount of money on your electricity bill: )

omg i love the place. i already have like tons of ideas on how to decorate it and abt the storage place maybe extend the closet alil bit and have the bed next to the window thats one idea if u like can give up the desk u gon have there. ummm but yeah the place has do many potential on how to decorate it and actually use the space wisely so it can fit all ur needs and purposes; )

At first, I wasn't sure if I was a fan of the polished concrete floor, but as I watched the video, I like the floor a lot, and think the apartment is very nice and upscale. The kitchen is amazing, and I actually like the exposed HVAC and ceiling. It looks like this was an older building converted into new housing units. I like it

Im a design consultant for Natuzzi Italia in Orlando and as much as I love dark colors, your actual living room space is a little small so if you color the entire room that dark navy it's going to make it look smaller. If you really like that dark blue just try it as an accent wall so you don't close up your space; ) love yaaaaa

omg I thought I was the only one who doesn't watch television except for youtube lol. I can actually connect my YouTube from my phone and connect it to my television and just watch it from there. BTW great apartment, it's super cute. I love all that extra lighting get from outside.

I have a big house, and I'm thankful for it, but I looked for something just like this, but I just don't live anywhere NEAR a cool enough city to find a place like this. It's gorgeous Looks like it will be way easier to keep up than a more traditional home. Enjoy You deserve it xoxo

I do agree that dark colors can make a room look smaller but you can always do an accent wall if you really do want to go for a dark color or stay with blues I really like hale navy by Benjamin Moore however I would recommend a beige like tapestry beige or intense white.

I totally disagree with most of the comments about dark colors YOU DO YOU I have a 700 SQFT apt with dark almost black purple walls with a lighter flooring - large tile - it looked amazing. Patrick - do WHAT YOU FEEL it's your canvas, paint it anyway you want
