I love baking with the Ben Nye Banana It is my absolute fave even over the laura marcier. I know you said you were oily & you were trying out the cream contouring. how has that worked out throughout the day, does it make you super oily or once you bake you're good? Thoughts on that please. I love contouring but scared to break out with the cream contouring. Also, getting healthy: don't put so much pressure on yourself that discourages you to not even start. Make small goals and if you fall off the wagon its not the end of the world get back on. I am hella chubby too but don't give up just see it as rough patch. I read somewhere when you have a flat tire you don't go out and slash the other 3

Biggest tip. work our at night I know it sounds weird but break up your workouts into 3xs a day. your last workout should be at bight and go to bed when your done This will help your metabolism and ensure you dont eat. at first we all want to eat once we relax thats why breaking up your workouts does wonders. eat nuts in the morning, have all your sugars consumed 7 hours before bed, and the last workout of the day should be a little bit more intense. Remember cardio will take the pounds off

I've been working on it for about 1. 5 years and I feel so much better To be clear, this isn't a diet nor is it about losing weight, but if you're heavier than your body naturally wants to be, weight loss should be a natural, gradual consequence to your improved connection with your body and food. It's not for everyone, but it's been hugely helpful for me

You're one of my favs to watch. I gained about 61 pounds when i got pregnant with my son. I started at about 140 and was up to 201, I've lost 40 pounds in total after having him. He's two and i still have a long way to go. I'm trying to get back on Keto and working out but then we have a family gathering and someone has to get tipsy. That's me.

Patrick I lost 85lbs and kept it off for 6 years. No dieting, no exercising. Just cut out pork and beef and then do a detox. Then go from there. Don't dare start eating better without a detox. The detox reprograms your body.

Don't stress or beat yourself up about weight loss, just try and stay positive and give yourself credit for the tiny things. Drinking a ridiculous amount of water will help with skin and weight loss.
