I think the reason why Brown Sugar feels like that is because you removed 2 matte lips so maybe your lips were already dry. I learn by wearing Kylie Lip Kits you need to moisturize your lips.

About the lipliner lid, you need to gently press it down and it will be sit and be OK. I thought the same as you at 1st but I was wrong.
