1. The more sleep, the better. Sleeping too much is bad like sleeping very little.
2. Drink a ton of water. What you put in your body matters. Avoid drying ingredients like caffeine.
3. Eat a lot of fruit, salmon, carrot, olive oil, sweet potato, veggies. Drink smoothie is an easy way to get all. Take antioxidants like blueberries, Raspberries... Beta carotene is an antioxidant great for skin = glow skin. Don't go for too many, just the right amount.
4. Remove all makeup at night. Avoid wipes as they're rub and drying.
5. Invest in serum high in antioxidants. She likes aquasource concentrate when is dry, for glow she likes CE ferulic from skinceuticals. Vitamin c protects skin.
6. Moisturizing is important! She like plankton sensitive emulsion and DE lala Cream. Find a moisturizer that works for you, is the big change.
7. Retin A for anti-aging. Is super drying, just use a few times a week and moisturize well.
8. Use cold water in winter to avoid redness and blotchy.
9. Alcohol, sleeping, food, everything matters. But hormones too. Stress is a big problem and has a big difference to your skin.
I missed the 10, sorry

Thanks so much for the advise! I find those water diffusers rly help w hydration of skin!! Pls try it instead of using moisturiser. I tend to leave it on when i sleep as well, cos i use air conditioning. And ppl compliment me for having a glowy skin the next day!! Yay!! And my skinwash is sometimes just rinsing with water as i use cleansing water at night (miscellenar water!)

I wan to sleep better and invest in a vitamin C serum to use in the mornings and hyaluronic acid and retinol serum to use at night. Also wearing sunscreen whenever I'm outdoors. What helps me a lot is eating healthy fats (as you suggested) but I'll try to eat more beta-carotene sources like carrots (I'm not the biggest fan of sweet potatoes).

May I ask you about drinking lots of water. I drink about 4-5 liters per day and indeed I have to pee every 5 secs. But I live in a very small town where I can move on foot and I work in an office where I have easy access to wc. What do you guys do in NY??? I MEAN.... HOW...do you deal with it when you have to move hours and hours per day.

Skin has 5 layers and renews itself by pushing up from the bottom layer, which really produces skin cells up through to what finally becomes epidermis we can see. That takes 30 days, so it really is ALL ABOUT health and sleep and nutrition and hydration.

Drinking too much water puts pressure on your kidneys Emily. Also you lose all the electrolytes and that is really bad. A lot of people drink too much water and don't realise how damaging it can be. Btw you are so lovely -

You actually don't have to put up with hormonal acne - breaking out in your luteal phase is usually related to estrogen excess and / or progesterone deficiency, and there are natural ways to address both :)

you guys keep wasting your time with external products when everything is coming from inside, it is a dumb waste of money and time, i know people who at 70 look 50...guess what they put nothing.

I'm pretty good at keeping up a good skincare routine. I am a really poor sleeper though and usually average 4-6 hours sleep a night. So I have good skin but dark circles under my eyes. :-/
