Selena Gomez Hands To Myself Makeup Tutorial Evelyn: I've noticed in the very few tutorial videos I've seen that the girls don't go all the way up to the eyes with the foundation or the concealer, I'm from a different generation where the concealer was always used to conceal under all the eyes area, this is meant for young ladies anyway, don't think everyone can pull all that on the face without wrinkles creeping out.
