What I Eat In A Day As A Model - WIEIAD - Model Diet + Nutrition - #withme - Emily DiDonato

Welcome back to my channel :) if you-re new here hit that SUBSCRIBE button and join our little community! As some of you may know I live in New York City and have been staying home and inside for a long time now because of Coronavirus. It's been an adjustment but I have found myself getting into a really good routine and actually enjoying making all of my meals at home! I-ve tried to keep as normal of a routine as possible when it comes to when I eat my meals and what I eat. So I wanted to share with you what I have been eating in quarantine and what I have been doing to stay healthy! What have you guys been eating during quarantine to stay healthy? Any suggestions on what I should include? Let me know in the comments below! I have to say It-s a bit eerie to look outside my window. The New York I once knew is no longer there, and seeing the streets so empty is something I still can-t wrap my head around. But staying home is the best thing and safest thing we can do! For those of you who aren-t in NYC, what does your quarantine look like where you are? I would love to hear from you guys who are in other parts of the US or around the globe to see how you are doing!

you are such a delight//thanks for sharing! i'll incorporate some of this into my dailies...i somehow got distracted from making my usual protein shakes-- that's one thing i'll get back into action. i don't eat breakfast either and skipping that meal helped me drop the pounds, remarkably...i don't eat until noon, my doctor suggested i try it and now i've been breakfast-free for over a year and loving my commitment to my coffee-only mornings... big hugs and best wishes from SoCal..

In Clarksville, Maryland, it-s ok. We-re all being relatively healthy. Masks, hand sanitizer, social distancing, all the good stuff. I had to start middle school in quarantine -
Was soooo looking forward to lockers, and periods (like 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, etc. stop having dirty thoughts!) and being able to sit wherever the hell I want during lunch. Miss my friends but I see them sometimes, so it-s not so bad. Mainly, I miss life

I'm not sure she's pretty.-
By the way, the bright and clean energy is amazing.-
As if she came from another planet.-
When we look at her, we feel happy and our heart healed for no reason.-
She is too pretty person.
If she becomes a position with so much in this world, her heart and soul will be heavy and hard,-
I wonder how she will overcome it, with her wonderful soul--!!
Anyway, we always cheer for her.

Talenti! I love that ice cream. But if you want to experience the 5 star Primo Extravaganza, you should eat -Private Selections- Denali Moose Track Triple Fudge. You might quite eating healthy for a week because the insatiable flavor of that ice cream just makes you crazy and you'll end up having a quart of it.

For dinner I had oatmeal :) idk if that's a healthy choice but I tired to make is somewhat healthy xD I ate 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 smashed banana mixed into it, cinnamon, 1 tblsp of chia seeds/flax seeds and almond milk c: my oatmeal was 500 cals xD maybe that's too many cals for one meal...

Holaaaaa, Emily!!! Ommmmggggg! I soooo enjoy your vlogs! I do intermediate fasting about 16 to 18 hours a day. When I break my fast, I'll have some blueberries with some nuts, then munch down on my breakfast. I eat a lot like you in my 8-hour window. Keep these videos coming! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I really love your video ! Your video cheer me up in this quarantine. I live in Japan, I eat yogurt and one egg for bf , avocado tofu salad for lunch and blueberry banana soy milk smoothie for the dinner. If too hungry, I have some cookies.

you're so beautiful.. i love how authentic you appear.. I think you'd enjoy Nutrition Redefined's youtube.. it seems you are vegan?? and she makes loads of really good healthy vegan recipes.. seriously phenomenal. Blessings

Wow lol thanks.. was just laughing the whole time mostly :D hahahaha the alarms piss me off our smoke detector has some serious issues - nothing a good smack and replacement wont fix

if ur husband likes asian food u can let him try half boiled eggs + soy sauce + pepper + toast! thats what we eat in singapore. sometimes kaya with toast
