Little tip from someone who only take cold shower (it's been 7 years now. For the coldness not to be -shocking- you should first only put you feet under the water. Then you hands, and arms, and so on. By the time the water touches your back or you torso, you'll already be acclimated to the temperature of the water.

You re right when I apply oil on my hair and wash it with cold water it never worked to remove the oil this is why I always wash with cool to hot water then do final rinse with cold water so I am sure all the oil is gone

I stop taking hot water because I have been getting a lot of bumps so them I take cold showers not too cold tho
And my bumps went away I now I have clear skin

I've taken cold showers at the end everyday for years. My husband has an ice barrel outside that he sits in. It's amazing for your immune system. Keep going x

my sister actually only takes cold showers and i take them some times idk if they do much but she likes them and i dont mind them so we do it lol
