You can get your very own at-home Kit or Day & Night Toothpaste from HiSmile using the link here Charlotte: One tip for breastfeeding your baby: even in the beginning it has NOT to hurt! If your baby is connected well then it does not hurt, maybe a little uncomfortable in the beginning but not hurting. Hope this helps to take away some fear of all going to be mommys. And I know this from experience. My son always needed a second to be connected well and this second did hurt, but after that everything was fine.

Hi! I-m a med student doing rounds in gynecology. And what we suggest for the moms and moms to be is for them to use their own milk on their nipples, it-s supposed to help the healing process. Using moisturizer on your nipples while or prior to nursing isn-t the best, your nipples need to not be so soft so that the baby can properly nurse.

I used Nair foam to make it quicker and down there. It was a life saver. I used the all natural Listerine for dental hygiene. I took at least two showers a day bc of the ungodly sweating I did in my sleep -- my girls are 15 months a part. I loved sleeping in sports bras and shorts. I felt like a beached whale but I wasn't sweating --

The best tip I EVER got for nursing was to squeeze out some breast milk and rub it over your -pipple - - and let it air dry! I had no blisters, bleeding, chaffing, NOTHING! Did it every feed for the first two weeks and that-s worked perfectly for me. People forget Breast milk is one of the most healing liquids on the planet!

Try not to worry about hair around your most -sensitive area-, if it bothers you so much you can always wax or trim, but at the end of the day don't be embarrassed too much, midwives don't care less and have seen it all (they're only interested in baby and mama's safety not how hairy you are.

For the tearing part actually read that our ancestors used to use natural oils throughout the entire pregnancy down there and they used a lot of it. It's meant to enhance the skin's elasticity

Damn girl, I feel your pain. I'm 23 weeks, always hot and that's why I stay all day at home. I am not leaking, but I know all the other struggles. In the end it will be worth it! -
