Here's an HONEST LipSense REVIEW from a Non-Distributor - does it meet the hype? Tami Cannon: (As a former rep) yes the lipstick has alcohol in it. So does A LOT of makeup and beauty products. The fact that it burns on her lips doesn't surprise me at all. She has stated in several if not ALL of her videos that she has very sensitive skin. If she can't wear a simple sun block, then of course she isn't going to be able to wear a lot of makeup. Lipsense has a chemical that helps the color bond to your lips on a molecular level. That is what gives it the staying power. But, I do agree with the comment someone said about having to reapply the gloss, there is no difference than reapplying your lipstick of a different brand. All I will say is if you want to try it then do so. If not then don't. Don't let someone on a YouTube video make your choices for you. If she said that jumping off a bridge is good for your skin, would you? No, so just make your own decisions and have a beautiful life

Shes doing it all wrong its so funny lol. Poor Tati They didnt tell you how to use it so sorry. I hate this stuff too but my family sells it. I would never apply three coats for one thats crazy. Also the gloss youre supposed to use throughout the day so your lips are never dry. Theres all a matte liquid so any color can be matte or gloss. The most awful part is the oops remover is for removing a spot that you applied color outside of the lip. Youre not supposed to use it to remove the product. You have to use liquid makeup remover to get it off. Not wipes. Liquid. And dont apply it three coats and always always reapply the gloss when lips are dry. I hate the product too but you made yourself suffer unnecessarily lol. You poor thing. I hate the product because of the initial burn. Thats why I dont use it. Ive only used it a few different days, my family uses it all the time.

Girl you did not follow the instructions or learn how the product works I use it every day. You need to reapply gloss if youre lips feel dry. Theres matte gloss if you dont like the sticky ness. I used to have to wear chapstick every day and I was freaked out at first and didnt think lipsense would work on my lips cause they were too dry. But the gloss is so hydrating I never get chapped lips these days. Its actually better to wear it consistently or not at all. Dont wear this to a one time event unless you exfoliate your lips first otherwise your lips will flake and look crusty like this girls lol If you dont want to use it frequently then just use reg lipstick so youre not going back and forth. it does take a few wears for lipsense to look right so you would not want it for just an event.

This stuff kills my lips. I got one of the 'sets' a couple years ago and have used the 60 purchase maybe 4 times. I would need to keep my lips slathered in balm for a week before i could any sort of color on again, the oops remover did not work, no matter how I tried it, way too much tugging on my skin to remove. I did like the gloss but I have better glosses that cost under 10. .I could see this being useful in costume settings, day long activities. But the way the distributors constantly pushed their products in DMs when I was still on Facebook was aggressive and annoying. They would seem personally offended if I turned them down. The pyramid scheme is the most problematic part for me, the cracked/burnt lips were just a bonus.

Lipsense burns the first layer you do. You should reapply the gloss because that keeps the pigment from flaking off, keeps the taste away, and keeps your lips moisturized. You should also let the oil remover sit on your lips for about 10 to 15 seconds before trying to rub it off. Rubbing the wand around a bunch doesnt let it break down the product. Just scrubs your lips raw. I removed black Lipsense in one go by letting the oil sit for a couple of seconds. I do admit, it does smell strong of alcohol but it does not taste like it unless the gloss is rubbing off. I think Lipsense is definitely worth it. I dont distribute, promote, or sell. Just a buyer.

I dont sell it but I do love it I understand that of course it wont work for everyone because everyone is different So this is how it works for me You do 3 VERY thin layers, wiping the brush off almost completely before applying a layer to you lips that way it doesnt get clumpy or thick, do a slow swipe from corner to corner on the bottom and cupid's bow out on the top. Dont swipe back and forth. 3 thin layers keeps me from tasting the metallic flavor she claims as well. I apply lip gloss every 4 hours and that's more than enough to keep my lips from drying out And my lips dry out really easily. The gloss is super moisturizing.

So me and my mom never wear lipstick but we both use lipsense. I use it because it has helped my lips heal so much Yes it does have alcohol in it and yes it lasts longer if you reapply the gloss but thats literally the whole point of lip gloss is to keep your lips moist. Also my mom suffered a heat stroke years ago and she used to get fever blister every year but sense using lipsense she no longer gets them If you dont like the stuff then dont use it but its not a scheme also everyones lips are different just like everyones skin is different.

I got really excited seeing that you reviewed this product. Me personally i love it. It definitley isnt for everyone I will say. I had some hard times with it when i first tried it too. I shake it A LOT before using it although ive never felt the burning. And then with the gloss i use a thin amount and massage it in and then apply a coat over the top and my lips havent dried out from it also i dont reapply the gloss throughout the day. Maybe i got lucky? Also have never used the oops remover but lord that looked like a horrible experience

Thank you. I had a friend approach me about using this and I am definitely staying away. I am in my sixties and my mouth is one of my best features. I use a lip sleeping mask not only before going to bed, but apply it throughout the day and it has kept my mouth soft and youthful. The last thing I would want to do is apply something that would dry my lips no matter how long it last. I don't think it's such a big deal to reapply my color throughout the day and/or have a no color at all at times. I truly appreciate your review.

It is a chemical grade alcohol. You are supposed to reapply the gloss throughout the day to keep hydrated. Also you just apply the oops like the gloss, leave it on for about five minutes and then wipe with a wet wipe. I hated it my first try, not going to lie. Thought I wasted my money. The stinging is due to chapped lips, when your lips improve it goes. It stopped quickly for me. I am sorry it went so badly for you. I do not sell it, just love it. If you have a chance, please try again. it is a game changer.
