I got a lip tint that I didnt look very closely at. it never was packaged to say holo, but I went home and saw it had holo. I put a layer on and then put it on a makeup sponge and it soaked up all the liquid then I dabbed on the holo and I. I was so happy.

12: 14 if you grind it really thin thsn it wouldn't look holo anymore because it's just so small, it's would just look silver of whatever the color of the holo is, and maybe that's what happened here 12: 48
