she needs to zoom in when she says there are issues. i had no idea as to what she was talking about as we cant see it. i personally use the foundation and love it. tried their concealer and threw it out as i was so bad. i'm convinced i bought one that was maybe expired as it was so chunky and awful. however i do enjoy the foundation. i work on a fishing boat. so i want to wear makeup, but obviously if i show up looking like i'm wearing makeup everyone would think i was insane. so yes the foundation is amazing if you want a no makeup makeup look. and can withstand a canadian fishing boat.

It seems like you're not being very fair to the products. They're meant for natural, no makeup and subtle looks. You said you wished the lipstick you used was a little bit darker yet they do have darker shades that you didn't pick in the first place. You probably could change your blush placement for this one. As for the eyebrows thing, perhaps you should settle with lighter coloring for simple natural look anyway. Double coating with mascara is not unusual. Layering help to build up thickness and length.

It seems like you're not being very fair to the products. They're meant for natural, no makeup and subtle looks. Thank you for your honest opinion and being blunt about products that you review. People need to understand that this isnt your style, it doesnt seem to be my style either but it would work well for my sisters who are a little low maintenance. Despite the overall negative review I have to say that almost all the negative things seem positive to me. I love subtle makeup though. I cant stand when things blank out my facial features so much that I don't look like me. I guess the dryness of the foundation that you mentioned would probably be a downside but then again I couldn't see what you were talking about. I wish you would show skin texture occasionally Will probably check out the other products though

The lipstick is so moisturising I actually use it in place of a lip balm sometimes when my lips are feeling a bit dry. I'm someone who invests in skincare and leave the house with just sunscreen, undereye concealer, brow pencil and a neutral lipstick. This range isn't the best makeup, but it great for your skin. It probably isn't for you if you like a full face of perfect makeup, but if you're happy with a 5 mins routine to get you out the door, then it's fine

So I don't watch Tati. But after this video idk I want to. She's so negative. It looks nice. And I appreciate that it will look different in person because of the lighting and the camera not picking up everything. But the emphasis of this makeup is that it's natural and effortless. It's meant to be light and from what I've seen of Tati before, that's not her style. But she's comparing this makeup to high end, expensive brands. That's totally different

Lip glosses and nice lip colors in general are Burts Bees strong point. I use a lot of their lip colors. Their foundations and powders. nah. Could have told you that. My miracle cure for very dry hands and heels is also from Burts Bees: the Almond & Milk hand cream. It comes in a glass jar and has lots of bees wax. Its on the heavy side but it heals very dry skin SO WELL. Besides: I really love a more reduced and natural look on you.

So happy I found this. I love Burt's bees and I have almost of their makeup stuff. Almost all the other makeup I tried has made my skin react. All their stuff is very sheer like you said but really like it for myself. I'm so happy that even though the products didn't work for you, you shared your opinion and maybe their products in the future will be better. Also you showed me how to apply alot of the makeup I'm not a guru like yourself.

Thank you so much for doing this video Burt's Bees makes a ton of my holy grail skincare products. The vanilla bean lip balm, milk & almond hand cream, and peach face scrub are all great. But when I saw their makeup line I was a little hesitant. The limited shade ranges and high price point put me off. I was interested in the foundation because I'm super dry and wanted a dewy look, but now I definitely want to try before I buy.
