Very well said. I find myself watching your videos nearly every day, because you're a kind person who honestly reviews products. I bought EmilyNoel's Needs pallette for an upcoming trip, and I have to say that I agree with you. They're not well pigmented and very hard to blend. It wasn't a huge investment, so maybe I'm spoiled by higher end stuff. I purchased Urban Decay's Naked Heat pallette (half off at Ulta) at the same time, and boy are THOSE shadows easy to work with. Thanks for what you do

So I worked in the makeup industry for yrs b4 retiring & I had to tell CUSTOMERS if the pallets they picked didn't fit them or their eye shape & in all those yrs I only had one customer who was very young take offense. To have a product creater act so immature about an honest review which is very modest compared to others who are absolutely brutal, just ridiculous. So take the criticism on the chin & continue to improve your product which every co in the world has had to do at some point.

Honestly, I had a preconceived assumption about Tati. I really did. I thought I didn't like you because i believed others opinions of you. However I've binge watched your videos for two days now. I love your reviews. You're very respectful and absolutely honest. If you don't like something you say that if you love something you also say that. They say that a person resorts to profanity when they have no logical argument. I would say that is true in this case, Tati. The person who did that video was being very profane and was totally going low by attacking character when all you did was review and give an honest opinion of a product.
