I have family in Northern Ireland and my cousin introduced me to the strawberry squashies years ago! They were my favorite so when I spotted smarties squashies out in the convenience store you know I grabbed them IMMEDIATELY! I need everyone in the states to buy these so they can bring the strawberry ones here and also the wide variety of flavors they've got across the pond. So glad you liked them and hoping that sparks more sales! lol

Tati to be honest and talking from experience your neck pain will not go away with gadgets.
You might want to try somatic exercises. Those have changed my life completely. My shoulders were so tight I couldn’t lift my arms. I tried everything even pain injections and tramadol. Only a month of somatic exercises help! They are designed to release stress, tension and most important trauma

I don't know whether it is that contour thing she does around the lips or the colours she prefers to put on the lips but i feel her lips always ruin her flawless makeup. They always give i just had pasta vibes. Even when she just put her favourite lip liner on. i feel she prefers colours that don't actually suit her.

I have the massager and found the same outcome as you! I have nerve pain and tons of knots in my neck (from stress also) and i got a migraine after lol oops - I recommend a lacrosse ball for $6 or less but will enphasize to not over-do it. most effective at breaking knots ive found (it will hurt so good)

I FFWD through it so I can still watch and support but I want to claw my eyes out and shove cotton in my ears when people eat on video. esp with a mic. AGHHHH kill me. lol. Dramatic I know but IYKYK.

I think the neck thing hurt because you added heat to a nerve problem.
Muscles need heat,
Inflammation needs ice.
Try ice and massage without heat and see if that helps

Omg if you find anything that helps your neck please post about it! I have soo many neck problems and I get bad headaches because of it. I run a bakery/deli so being on my top game is my only option and neck pain has been SUCH A STRUGGLE

I still eat smarties! My first love is Necco Wafers! OMG the one thing I missed from giving up my land line was the hook on the phone and talking to my sister saturday morning while i was cleaning. I can do that now!

You're 100% right about those neck massagers! Especially the ones you have with the balls! I got one a few years & it made my neck pain so much worse. If you have any bad neck pain, please DON'T use these!

Any fellow Canadians here When Tati said Smarties I was instantly confused because the Smarties in the US are called Rockets here in a Canada. Our Smarties are round chocolates covered in a coloured hard shell.

omg that neck shoulder massaging tool is the best. You must not have used it right. It has saved me from headaches from my neck and shoulder strain. I LOVE mine. Mine has heat and shiatsu rollers.
