I am a few short weeks away from 50. I have pretty good skin and a skin care routine that has changed with my age. As much as I love make up and it truly makes me feel better no matter who I try no matter how much money i spend i for the life of me cannot get under eye coverage right, and I wear as light and little foundation as I can. I love the look of even skin, who doesn't. But I am finding as I am getting older ( and I am a 6 year cancer survivor) I just cant seem to find the perfect combination of foundation/powder. It looks good I like my make up most day but I think I need to just concede to the fact that I have texture and I dont have unlimited funds to try every combo out there to find the perfect one. BTW mom love the purple hair!

She desperately needs eyebrows to show to bring out all of her beauty, but her left eyebrow. He didn’t fill it in enough, and neither eyebrow has been extended far enough out. She like you would look amazing with some lashes, of course small simple, barely their lashes but just something more than what she has. also her foundation looks kind of orange and also doesn’t color it cover any of the age spots so I’m not sure what could be substituted for what you used. Absolutely love the lips. The color is perfect for her. She is really beautiful. Just have to enhance a couple of things with the eyes.

My Mom would never leave the house without her makeup and hair done. She told me this story about when I was born (I am the oldest of her 5 daughters and we are 7 years apart from myself to my youngest sister) she said that she was putting on makeup and doing her hair in the hospital ward and all the other new mothers were getting upset at her because they wanted sympathy from their husbands and she was making them look bad ( this was in 1966) I don’t have kids and never married, however, I am just like my

Can I be real for a sec, this is constructive criticism so please don't take it the wrong way. I love you James but please stop micromanaging and trying to get everything perfect, it's the imperfections and realistic honest stuff that makes me love Tati and especially with guests it's nice to watch the interaction without interruptions and controlling the situation so much. I don't care if there's a glass, coffee cup, screen or whatever in the shot, I don't notice when I'm focused on what's actually being done and said. Wishing you all a merry Christmas

Best oatmeal, add chopped up dates, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon. Love it that way. Mom is beautiful, great genes and she's passed them onto you girls. My mom always looked young I've been blessed to have had those genes passed down to me. I'm 76 and people tell me all the time that I look much younger. I agree with your mom, staying busy keeps one young. I had a grandma that was old at 50 and I refused to follow after her. LOL Truly I would love to win a red light mask and a set of your brushes. That would make life perfect

Ahh missed the live but I had to go to my child’s winter concert, Tati you and your mum looking beautiful, my essentials brush kits came today and I used it and omg the brush set is amazing and so soft, I used the ES2 with one pump of foundation and that was more than enough, never had my base look so flawless, thank you for making amazing quality brushes definitely worth it

I love so many of these. I want to try the Hera powder and the lip plumper! However, that curling thing is a no because it reminds me of the tulip I had in 2015. My hair got caught in it and it was a pain to get it out! Traumatized

Your mom is beautiful. My mom is 80 and I like doing her makeup. I look back too when I was in my 20s I was hard on myself. Life changed most for me in my mid 50s now after I lost my son and I have awakened. Life completely changed. Feeling or looking old did not did to me anymore. I am now just trying to live life a day at a time as it comes.

I remember bringing my mother on the final exam at the makeup school. I did her hair and makeup. She didn’t have a clue about anything makeup during my teachers’ interview all she answered was she liked her makeup

Love mom I think James is always in work mode he might have made things a little more stressful lol he should have just let mom do whatever she was doing and not guide her because when she was smiling looking at the camera I think she looks so good and James guided her to do it differently

You should have a contest where one (or more) people get to get their makeup done by you! Maybe one person from each category: 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, and 70's. That would be so cool, and I would hope that I would win the 60's category: )

Tell your mom that a silk pillow case will drastically reduce the pillow wrinkles and be great for skin and hair as well: ) Just LOVE seeing you together, both of you are AWESOME! To Tati's dad, get well soon and hang in there!
