Hi TatiI'm from Los Angeles, California. Not only am I a lover of beauty and makeup, but I've always wanted to travel to New York. However, I rarely have time or the money to travel. I see this as an opportunity to explore the other side of the country and to experience the fast paced, structured business world of New York. I am currently an inspiring med student and I truly have a passion in everything from makeup, the environment, business, humanities, arts, math, sciences, and social sciences. For me, this would be a wonderful opportunity to explore the world of business, entrepreneurship, and to learn from people of passion. I'm always seeking to learn, so wherever I go and whatever I do, I hope to gain something deeper than what is on the surface. I currently don't own any makeup products since my tight budget deems that as one not a necessity, but I would love to win a huge makeup bag and start a collection Love you, Tati and hope you have a great day.

I think that I should win because I have a serious passion for makeup. You are my makeup idol. I have watched your videos for a least a year if I could meet you my life would be complete I love you so much. I also have never been to New York and I would love to be in the big apple. I have also dreamt about going to gen beauty. Even though this isn't part of entry requirements I'm going to tell you who I would bring if I won. I would bring my mom. She love makeup to and has taken your advice multiple times. She has accepted my crazy makeup from my blue lips to teardrops I made on my face and she has given me a blog so I can express my passion for makeup. So i think that's why I should win. Hello Tati My name is Ciara Morrison I live in Carbondale, Colorado. I would love to win this giveaway because I am a theater major, actor and aspiring model. Make up is very important to me and furthering my acting/modeling careers Plus it's just a lot of fun. Unfortunately I have been battling severe acne on and off since I was in high school. When my skin is healthy I love to be adventurous with my make, and perfect things like winged eyeliner and flawless foundation application. But when my skin affected by severe acne (right now) I can bearly put eye makeup on, much less any face makeup because it such an ordeal or wash my face due to pain and sensitivity. Long story short, I want to be inspired by makeup again. I want to participate in this form of art that I love, regardless of my skin disease. I don't want to be left out because I have acne. Instead of trying to come up with something smart to get to go to NYC I'm gonna tell you how I felt the first (and only) time I went there. I went to New York last year and it was literally the city of my dreams. People talking to strangers on the subway just because they think you they look cool. Stores open 24/7 for when you desperately need cortisone in the middle of the night because your skin so itchy it feels like you're gonna scratch it off, being able to buy a great mascara for less than 20 bucks? (Makeup in Sweden is crazy expensive. If I would get the chance to back I would be out of this world happy. And on top of that being able to meet some of my biggest makeup inspirations too? Nothing could beat it.

For the past 6 years Ive lived with only my dad and two brothers and am the only girl in the house, so a lot of the things a young girl learns from her mom or sister growing up, makeup included, i had to learn on my own. Because of this, i didn't start wearing makeup until my senior year, because i wanted to do something special fro prom. I'm still learning, and because of this, a lot of women are a lot more skilled than myself, but since the moment i started wearing makeup i was in love with it. I started watching your videos shortly after i started wearing makeup and continue to watch them now. I would love the opportunity to go and take my best friend who, in my eyes, is a beauty expert. I would absolutely love to go to generation beauty this year Tati I have been struggling with a lot of health things lately and have had to give up a career I love because of it, and blogging is something I have been really passionate about beginning and I just think that being able to meet you and so many people like you would be so inspiring to me and really give me some amazing motivation. I hope that some day I can be able to give back to people like you do every day because you have no idea how awesome it is when you feel so crappy and you see a video pops up from someone who's positive and motivating and passionate about their work Thanks for keeping me inspired Xo

I'm 17 (I have permission, don't worry) I'm from Houston, Texas, USA. Now, honestly, if I were to be picked for the Gen Beauty tickets, I'd pass them along to the next winner. As a broke high school student, I couldn't afford the plane tickets, and I'm waaaay outside of the radius for the round trip flight. Oh well. That being said, as a broke high school student, I don't really get to invest in higher end makeup brands like Marc Jacobs or Lancome, you get the gist. Not to say I don't own nice makeup, but the most I'll get is probably an Urban Decay palette as a gift or something. Getting those blushes would mean the world to me, to know what good, luxurious makeup is supposed to feel like, y'know? I can't say I deserve to win, because that's subjective. But hey, it's worth a shot: )
