She was, and still is, one of the most beautiful women and a talented actor. I love her and her look and personality. Saw her at the Kabuki Theater in San Francisco (lived in SF) in around 1990 with her brother and a friend. She had on jeans and a flannel shirt. I was struck by how tiny she is (short and thin) and how perfect her skin is. It was like porcelain. Flawless. She looked like a doll. I'd never seen anyone with skin like her then or since. People often compared me to her because of my black hair and pale skin and I was goth, which was a high compliment.

What I love about Winona is that she always went her own way. She was a proletarian star. One of the people. She never had the high and mighty attitude of people like Gwyneth Paltrow or Julia Roberts or anyone like that. She was relatable someone you can smoke a joint with have a beer and talk poetry or obscure movies but also everyday life with. She was one of the girls. the outsider and she used that as her sword. She deserves to be the icon that she is

So nice of her to remember Eiko Ishioka, the costumes in Dracula are incredible. She also mentioned Colleen Atwood who not only did the costumes for the Burton films but also Little Women. Colleen Atwood also designed the dress she wore to the Oscars that year.

She was almost in every single one of my favourite films growing up, a fantastic actor and a woman who was so relatable and inspiring to me as a weird little girl trying to find her place in the world. Thank you Winona, we love you

I love Winona! It’s a shame people didn’t give her a fair chance after she made one mistake. She owned up to it & been atoned for it. Let’s hope she has the resurgence like Robert Downey Jr. has.

People have to remember that we are actually VERY lucky to have all these Winona interviews now, because for decades she would avoid all talkshows and interviews due to being quite shy

I love that she still has that dinosaur suitcase! Also, I wish people would also credit Lucas since that was Winona's film debut and one of my favorite 80's movies with a lot of heart.

I really love how thoughtfully she describes all of her outfits. She has such a lovely energy and comes across very genuine. And she has always had the most captivating eyes.

Wait. no Reality Bites One of the most 1990s movies ever lol i haven't watched this all the way throughout but seems like there is no segment devoted to her role in Reality Bites!

Love her, she's a national treasure really. And that full length, all black Dior with the shoulder things, was so. Also I'm so excited to see the new Beetlejuice

Lydia Deetz is why little me showed up to a Christmas party wearing an all black outfit with a black choker while everyone else was in green and red. Icon.

They couldn’t possibly fit this woman’s career into one book! She’s far too accomplished! Black Swan, Little Women, Mermaids, & so much more.

She still remains the same and that's rare in an actress. She embraces the weird and has a slight element to that in nearly every role shes done.

Not including her as Jo March in Little Women is a crime, that performance was literally amazing and it's one of my favorite movies of all time.
