I teared up a bit during the Met. Some days as blacks, it feels like we are fighting a never ending battle to just be treated like everybody else. This was a moment. It was a drop in the bucket of, we've been there, we're here now, and we'll be here going forward no matter how much we are shown and told we don't matter. I've watched the Met for years now, and there have been a handful of us walking the carpet, but THIS was a kick in the door and it felt like Andre' was there in spirit. Just hate that he never got to experience it himself.

Overdone with a greasy look. Whoopi can say she's always been there, that doesn't make beauty. Whoopi has never been a beautiful person, physically or personally, she's a personality that overextended her sphere of influence, got burned and now she wants to play victim. Oh I'm beautiful! No girl you ain't. Straight up ugly!
Learn what you have or have not, but you ain't beautiful in anybody's definition.

looking at whoopi you have to know this is someone with power and presties if you think she has all the answers why does she not run for election well i had 2 choices i made the best choice at the time and dont regen i can only hope the better cant find a better spot for this comment go ahead bad mouth me i realy dont care its a free country

The most beautiful human we have! I loved how she, Regina King and Angela Bassett played with masculine tailoring. None of them felt the need to be hyper feminine or just be pretty - love that!
