Because the water absorption of flour is different, the amount of milk can be adjusted appropriately. I use 190 gram of whole milk. If you use reduced fat 2% or fat free, please reduce some milk. This is a medium soft Dough. 2. If there is no butter at home, you can use other cooking oil 3. The best fermentation temperature is about 30-35C.
