Ingredients
3g (1 tsp) Instant Yeast
190g (0. 8 cup) Lukewarm Milk
13g (1 tbsp) Caster Sugar
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour
22g (1. 5 tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
5g (1 tsp) Caster Sugar
3g (1 tsp) All-purpose flour
Important tips:
1. Because the water absorption of flour is different, the amount of milk can be adjusted appropriately. I use 190 gram of whole milk. If you use reduced fat 2% or fat free, please reduce some milk. This is a medium soft Dough.
2. If there is no butter at home, you can use other cooking oil
3. The best fermentation temperature is about 30-35C. If the room temperature at home is low, you can put it in the oven for proofing.
