You will be addicted Ingredients Tortilla 5ml (1 tsp) Tomato sauce Mozzarella cheese Fillings: 10 pcs Shrimp 4 pcs Egg 1. 5g (1/4 tsp) Salt Black pepper 10g (1 tbsp) Chopped parsley Improtant tips: 1. The shrimp can be substituted with bacon, chicken or ham, or can be omitted 2. Fry the shrimp and eggs until they are clumped together, don't fry them for too long 3. Fry on medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown on both sides

Such oily, no vege, lack of fiber and minerals meals, no thanks.
Herbalife shake is much better than this as breakfast, 1-3 minutes, REAL extremely easy and delicious, nutritious and suit for everyone. I made that EVERY day!

Awesome breakfast, and instead of shrimp you could also use
Crispy fried bacon, I'm sure that would be really delicious

Not really the best healthiest thing you can ever have. Because of all the cheese and the oil that you used to cook your eggs in.
