I find using sliced seeded jalapenos as a replacement for bell peppers tastes great. It really is not very spicy and does not have that bell pepper twangy taste to it.

Ha! There are some words that always get me, too. Like when I read the word -photographer- my brain always says -FO-tographer- and the word -misled- becomes -mizzled-. Dumb brains. ;)

Ooh, I bet my BF would like it better that way - he's not a huge fan of bell peppers. Sometimes I use poblanos too, which have a nice taste. Thank you! :)
