i'am doing away from bell peppers! Going Green Chili Peppers, Reason more favor and heat. I found myself doing away with lots of things, Making my own OMG flour tortillas so many things can make from them, NOODLES how? Always warm up a flour tortilla LIKE THIS> Wet it, spray pam on a hot grill Slap that wet tortilla on the grill LET IT BUBBLE, Flip it, Let it bubble again. This is how to make noodles Take a pizza roller cut into strips YUM Use this on ANY THING EVEN CHICKEN LO MIEN; ) I would use the green chili pepper on it too YUM

Holy shit that was amazing! Kinda late on the vid comment. But i just seen it. While i was stalking ur delicious ideas! You know i use to cook the potatoes with the chorizo. This time i did them separate ( i don't mind the work). Omitted the cotija but added monetary only cuz thats what i had. Yummy town

Hilah, el queso cotija we usually serve it on top of the sauce when it's served, not in the filling just thought I let u know how we usually serve it in Mexico, but u can do whatever u want it's your kitchen haha.
