This was extremely educational for me. I want to try so many sea creatures but have no idea how to cut them or cook them. I mean, I've tried your basic seafood such as, lobster, crab (a bunch of different types of crabs) shrimp, prawns, crawfish, clams, mussels, scallops and a few others but yeah, the sea urchin, geoduck and those other types of clams and mussels, abalone as well as a few others featured in this video that I haven't tried yet but I would absolutely love to. I'm a very adventurous eater so I'm down to try pretty much anything but some of these look really delicious. So again, thank you for sharing this information with us because now I know how to shell, cut and break these types of seafood. I can't wait to try them.

That moment you realize some people actually use tools and scissors to eat crab/lobster. In tropical islands we just crack the shell before cooking and use hands and the claws itself to dig out any flesh from the rest of the crab

Him: You want to kill the lobster in the most humane way
Me: Ok then first im just gonna have to kidnap it from its family and then murder it for its delicious meat in the most cannibalism way possible
