Pineapple pizza is a favorite in my house. Dislike it if you want, but we find it delicious due to the contrast between it and the rest of the pizza. Pineapple, bacon, mushrooms, and ham with an Arrabbiata sauce along with a shredded blend of mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan cheeses. Maybe garnish with small chunks of room temp buffalo cheese right before serving.
Looks like I'm baking a pizza as soon as I get home.

as a huge pizza fan, new york style eater all the way, i was surprised that i actually enjoyed pineapple (hawaiian) on pizza. it wasn't that bad, lol. My girlfriend is brazilian and the pizza down there is different, SOOO many toppings and messy you can't eat it with your hands, i hate it! She hates thick crust, i love it, i dont know if this is gonna work out. :)

for the perfect crust thats golden you can try to use some egg yolk and brush it on just like how you do while baking also try to get an even as possible edge, furthermore pre heated oven and pre heated base helps a lot
hope these tips help a bit

I usually broil my pizza dough on high for 4 minutes, and then take it out and add the sauce and bake it normally on 450F for 10 minutes. The crust usually ends up brown and crispy. Btw, my ovens heat comes from the bottom, so it may be different for others.

Ive forgotten what comment it was but it was something about Beth not knowing that much on food science? (Idk. But shes actually an 8th grade science teacher in New York, soooooooo.

Midwest, thin crust, square cut pizza with the pepperoni that curls up. Light sauce and cheese so it stays crispy. Covered edge to edge with pep. There's literally nothing better.

Heres the trick: you oven max is 550, set it for 475, make your pizza, then right on the rack and turn up to 550. The burner firing up will give you the bottom you want.
