Ah Gordon! Out of all the videos, shows, and whatnot you've done. watching you cook with your children is still my favorite. And I feel like I always learn the most from these videos as well - because you're teaching someone else. I love getting to sit in on the class and learn alongside of your children. THANK YOU for doing these! They are definitely my favorites! My roommates thank you as well. LOL! I've always been quite the cook, but this past year, you have really helped me to ramp up my game. Now I have roommates who are paying me to cook at home rather than eating out all the time. LOL! They just add to the grocery fund and get a much better meal in return! It's a fun win for everyone around here!

Ma quale italiano si farebbe una frittata del genere per colazione?
I'm wondering really how many italians are there who'd have that frittata for breakfast.
Ok I'm going to comment it as I'm watching it. We don't call orzo a pasta, it's more like a cereal.

Mmm. This was heart warming to watch, Jack is a good helper. I have a Jackson over here, he's technically on your team and I'm on Alton Brown's. My friend had to swab her dog's cheeks for a DNA test yesterday, she was joking which set of cheeks did they mean? Gums or butt. Do dogs even really have cheeks at all either way.

Hello sir I m a big fan of yours. i have a doubt on the vessels you use. surely they should be oven safe. I would like to know can we keep all pan like non stick pans ceramic pans etc in oven or are there any specific ones? Could you pls suggest

At this point though. we really need your camera guy to stop zooming in so closely! We'd much rather see a little wider shot so we can see what's going on. Gah! Get it together Chef! LOL!

Interesting he always puts oil in his pasta. I thought that was just a fat American thing because it actually hurts the pasta process since it prevents pasta from sticking to sauce.
