Jackasplat: As someone studying to become a food safety professional, this is not only disgusting and appalling, but its so ignorant of everyone involved. Staff, managers, owners, everyone involved is required to go through in depth food safety training, where they talk about food borne illnesses, diseases, stuff that could literally kill someone. Chef Gordon is doing these people a real favor because any one of the things featured in these Most disgusting Ramsay videos would most certainly get a hefty pile of fines from the FDA if not immediate closure of the business.

Looks like all restaurant kitchens in Key West. Filth pits. Staffs full of drug addicted morons. And theres no oversite to see that theyre compliant with health standards. Crawling with bacteria while the health Dept and code enforcement Dept reach into the owners pockets then turn their heads. Like in most tourist cities.

Did he really say there are no fresh burger in eastern Washington. What a liar. I slaughter in lynden Washington, and know of butchers over there as well as farmers with beef thay is prime choice as well as great prices. This is why I slaughter and buy from local growers.

My restraunt would be a mess but the kitchen would be spotless & no expense would be spared on the ingredients. + if you rotate stock properly & up sell dishes containing shit thats soon to spoil then you should never end up with bare nasty stuff in the fridge. En it.

The owner, Karen, honestly I feel bad for her and Jeff. She was really careless, I agree but she gets yelled at alot, and she hasnt raised jer voice yet. The guy, Jeff, I agree with him too. If you want to be a good cook, with good food you need good equipment.

Jesus Christ I almost threw up in my mouth over the festering bubbling pina container. Lord have mercy Gordon should oversee all health inspections in the US; rewrite the laws to include random unannounced inspections. Good grief man.
