I'm really concerned that everybody puts chicken stock into otherwise vegetarian dishes: / i always thought items such as tomato soup were safe to order off of any restaurant menu, but now I'm not so sure.

1 she doesn't look like she's used to chop. Its really uncomfortable that knife hold if you chop a lot. 2 burned the garlic. Why start with the one easy to burn veg? 3 3'' to chop this little?

made it this evening and was absolutly lovely, only problem is I had no basil and was a public holiday in my village here in spain so was not quite the same. will be trying again soon

celery has a fibrous stringy sort of outer layer that doesn't cook down soft if you are just stir frying it or something but she is blending it all up so it doesn't matter.

Noob Cook here: Has the chicken stock already been heated up when it enters the recipe or do you just mix it with some water? Also how exactly did she chop up the onions?

Kerryann already done a tomato soup! I would have loved to see different kind of veg soups specially the more refined /silky smooth version of them
