Hi Gennaro great stuff. Just wanted to check is there any alternative for wrapping the chicken other than SAGE and Bacon? and also could you tell me is there vegetarian dish which you could think of in similar lines, just wrapping up and just frying it. Your amazing

top, cooking spices that are used are different from in Indonesia, if in Indonesia the spices are very much, there are chili, ginger, galangal, pepper, bay leaf, lemongrass, coriander, shrimp paste, kencur, turmeric, and many other spices.

I make this, but first, I slit open the chicken breasts and stuff them with haggis then wrap the bacon (or pancetta) around them. Gosh I feel quite peckish. :0)

Hey Gennaro I made this today it was soooo good! I rolled sage in chicken instead of on the outside used bacon was amazing made dipping sauce too. Thank you
