For people asking where is the butter after watching the whole video, he has put in cashew butter, also at the start he said its my way of making better chicken. Plz stop commenting about being authentic. I think it would still taste the same. +1

Why would you burn your vegetables? When I burn my tomatoes, it just tastes like charcoal, not like flavour. Just roast them till they're slightly brown, then you won't have to throw the perfectly edible skin away either

This looks amazing Jamie. I'm going to have to give this a go soon, although I'll sub the chicken breasts with thighs and have to order the cashew butter online somewhere. Was Buddy limping? I hope he's not hurt too bad.

Lol this isn't butter chicken. Call it whatever you want but it's nowhere close to being Butter Chicken. Dude basically threw in a bunch of ingredients, added garam masala and called it butter chicken

Butter Chicken is HEAVENLY. I've never made it though because the spices can be hard to find and because Indian cooking is so foreign to me I've just never bothered. I need to try it out.

Its not the way I was taught to do butter chicken on my Indian cookery course (they used Ferungeek there and. well. butter) - however that doesnt stop the fact I bet this is delish.

Looks terrible. How can he even call this a curry? Because he used garam masala? Don t take authentic Indian food and turn it into a 10 minute meal. Doesn t work.
