I liked the ideas and all but it's quite annoying because it's NOT 5 minute MAKING but just putting the stuff together, things you've previously taken hours to prepare. And if to that u add washing the dishes and trays and all the kitchen shit! I'm already angry. Eating healthy is NEVER quick or cheap. Don't be fooled people! Just sayin'!

pickuplimes: the bread in your video looks amazing. I really miss that from the Netherlands. I have lived in two different places in America and I visited a few more and I have such a hard time finding decent bread. Thank you for putting out the word on healthy food. Lord knows people need it.

What are the crackers you use are they gluten free. The bread also looks lovely. But I need gluten free? I have only just found you and have started eating more plant based. Love your ideas. I need lower carb due to intolerances. So high protein ideas are great. Thank you.
