Once I begin my career job Ill have to step up to your level as even with current availability of grocery deals some things are highly disappointing on the price scale! The 5 foods I always have in my day are:
1. Chia seeds
2. Complex carbs like oats, quinoa, barley or Sweet potato
3. Iced Coffee (lots of it)
4. Beans& Legumes (usually chickpeas, lentils or black beans)
5. At least 1 green and 1 orange or white veggie.

Can you speak to how much probiotics to eat? I follow Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen checklist to understand the serving sizes for flax seeds, fruit, etc. but he doesn't touch on probiotics. Would love to know your thoughts! Thanks: )

Is that all vegan food is soy based? I wonder how can I get substitutes for it, allergies. By the way I cannot eat nuts. From all the great recipes, to eat vegan with allergies is hard.

Lingonberries and blueberries, sesame seeds, paranuts - put on barley porridge every morning. Love lingonberries, superhealthy and supertasty: -)

Hey Sadia, I am not able to find calcium fortified milk around my place. Could you please suggest some other sources of calcium too?
