We were always taught that you are not suppose to eat the dragees, but I believe it is because of what they use to be made of. Does anyone know is that is still the case? Did they change what they are made of so that they are now eatable? Just curious.

I have a problem. My mum was trying to make these choclate barks. But then, after 1 night leaving it to harden, when we check the barks, it was still soft and gewy. I dont know what the problem is.
