I've scrolled through the video comments and the recipe comments. I see several people asking the question I am asking, but cannot find where anyone has responded. Yes, Mike and Ben are adorable, blah blah blah. but WHAT SIZE is the baking pan? I don't want to make this, then use the wrong size and have it either too thin & over-cooked, or too thick and under-cooked. I've even tried pausing the video and trying to figure out the size compared to the mixing bowl & the boys' hands. Can anyone answer this question?

Did mikes hearing shut down for like 20 seconds as Ben said add in the coco powder once the butter is melted
mike then dumps all the coco powder on to an unmelted block of butter

I live in the South and we prepare our Pecans like that always but the BIG difference is. we always beat our egg whites till foamy first, add brown sugar then nuts.

I coat my pecans, with melted butter, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Mix them all around, heat them up in an oven. Soooo good: D

If I just measure everything out on a scale would it work? Cause I tried that with the mug brownie recipe and it didn't work.
