I'm loving the combination of videos you guys are doing these days! The NowCookIt and Level Up videos feel like practical recipes I could actually make, and I actually learn something about cooking, but there are still the fun battle videos and Big Nights In and such to mix it up. Plus having the weekly theme gives it all an interesting structure. As a longtime viewer, I appreciate that you keep listening and responding to what people want to see.

What would be a good alternative to the nuts and raisins? I'm not a lover of raisins in general, and my daughter can't stand them, but my partner has a nut allergy so obviously that would need to change.

I've never been a fan of sweet pies, but I'm absolutely mad about savory ones, especially things in the hand pie family! So great to see this, they look absolutely delicious. Now I'm craving Yooper pasties!

Can you show us how to make pasty/pastry dough? The crusty layered ones. Everytime I make them they don't turn out flaky even if the butter is super cold.
