Ok I made this IMMEDIATELY. I used chicken because I don't have pork atm, and unfortunately I had to use rice seasoning instead of rice wine vinegar but it still came out delicious. I used chipotle honey in addition to the chili sauce in the sauce and it's amazing. My only problem is I can't eat it yet, I cooked it for work lunches over the next couple days!

cool. this isn't really korean or street food though. bibimbap is more a restaurant food as vegetables don't hold well on the streets.
i think calling it an Asia inspired bowl is more appropriate, but buzzwords. good stuff.
Also using a fork. I mean I understand if using chopsticks are difficult, but. using a spoon would be easier to eat with.

would love more recipes like this that can be scaled down for a single person, or up when you have people around. So many recipes have too many different elements/ingredients to bother with when you live alone!

I've been Korean for 27years and I've never been cooking this way, but worth to try but seems really difficult as a Korean! It is a very simple process to make that bowl actually.

I have all of the ingredients in the fridge/pantry. I know what I'm having for dinner. Except I'm gonna use wild rice as it is what I prefer and always have on hand

So rewatching now, I can tell that sauce is probably amazing. Why? Because Ben balanced the seasoning triangle - Salt (soy, Sweet (honey, and Acid (vinegar, lemon)
