5 Recipes That Will Take You Straight To Japan geoffk777: These are all Japanese-style recipes, but they would all be slightly unusual in Japan. Mostly because of all of the cheese. Cheese is popular in Japan, but you'll very rarely see it in a croquette or a tonkatsu. Also regular Western pancakes are most common, and I've never seen anko takoyaki balls. While it's true that rice burgers were invented in Japan, they're quite uncommon now. Feel free to enjoy these, but don't imagine that it's authentic, typical Japanese food.

Look, I dont mean to be not picky, but why did you choose American banjo music to go with a Japanese food video. Like, why a banjo? Why not literally anything else? This would go better with a southern comfort food vibe. I just cant get into a take me to japan mindset while listening to this.

Whoevers in charge of the music for this video, really needs to get their ears checked, because while the video is about certain Japanese inspired dishes, the music makes it seem like Im about to watch some Southern fried home style recipes. Get your track list checked Tasty

Ive tried making the Fluffy Japanese Pancakes before For anybody who may want to try making them, I TOTALLY recommend them. When I finished baking mine, they turned out REALLY good. :)

I agree with the comment section. The heck is this music doing here? Admittedly Im also startled by a leaf stuffed into a pork chop, but thats just my taste buds not an outright mismatch.

Being from rural Kentucky, i am not that familiar with Japanese cooking, but this food looks really good, i'd eat it, except for the last one as i am diabetic so is off limits for me.

I remember. The only thing I would ever order at a resting area is katsu curry. Nothing beats it. Except for one time when the meat was the size of a childrens hamburg meal.

Just a suggestion: Stop writing the ingredients on top where they will get blocked by the pop-up i-cards. It gets annoying to keep backtracking to swipe them out of the way.
