I'm born and raised in Salt Lake, Oahu and I've always loved eating and making spam musubis whether it was from 7/11 or making it with my grandma(she's Japanese btw) and I've never heard someone pronounce musubi so incorrectly. It's like my grandma almost smacking me for saying soy sauce instead of shoyu.

Spam is the swiss army knife of meats. You can do a LOT with it. I grew up in Hawaii where Spam is revered and is found everywhere. You can have Spam N Eggs at McDonald's and Spam Musubi at 7-Eleven.

Theres that dried beef in the glass jar. Ive had an open face chipped beef sandwich made with it multiple times. I have no idea what anybody else would do with it though. Thanks for the video!

I think you should try canned corned beef or a canned ham. My grandma made a recipe with canned corned beef, cream of chicken soup Velveeta, noodles and milk and it was delicious!

1 can of tuna, 1 can Vienna sausage (similar to spam, or 1 can ranch style beans! I'm from the south and all of those are a staple in my house.

I've had Spam Musubi which was really good and it's like a big piece of nigiri which is just grilled Spam on rice and wrapped together with nori.
