The 1st three dishes are tasty and so much Indian Inspired from India I had it on my trip to India. The 1st chick pea salad is similar to a very old Indian recipe. Its called Chana Chaat in India which is extremely tasty. Of course the real punch is missing here coz there are various other ingredients to this dish. The 2nd one is called Chana Alu masala gravy. This is the milder version of it. You need not put both boiled chick peas and boiled peas in the same gravy. It can be either chick peas and potato gravy or green peas and potato gravy. So dont get disappointed if both chickpeas and green peas are missing in the kitchen. Either one will do. The 3rd one is similar to the soaked and boiled black gram with vegetables curry. The corn ofcourse is a new addition to the dish. The inspired ones too are very good no doubts about that. Try it.

My favourite recipe right now for being a cheap vegetarian is a simple soup made of diced onions, diced russet potatoes, diced carrots, and veggie broth. Season it generously with sage, thyme, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder and cook it down for at least an hour. Its so good

Dear Tasty, my Dad is a diabetic with gout issues on dialysis. Can you please do some video compilations for recipes low on the following: carbs, sodium, glycemic scale, potassium, phosphorus and purines? My mom and I want to add some variety and non salty tastes to his meals. Thanks

There recipes look tasty and will definitely be trying them but I had to mute the video in order to watch it because that music was triggering my anxiety. It was almost like two different stressy musics going off simultaneously and it was freaking me out.

Why does nobody ever cook those tortillas? Every video I see: straight out the package, build a burrito. Thats not how they are supposed to be used. Toast lightly them on a dry pan or a dry gridle. Then use them.

I kinda hate salad, but I made the first one cause I was like hmm that actually looks good. Guess what? It tasted tasty and somehow better than it actually looked. I want to eat this everyday now.

I can forgive carrots added to. Lack beans cause theyre pretty tasty but celery? Come on guys. But I did love everything else about every other recipe so overall I call this a win.

Moral of the story, always have chili powder, cumin and cayenne pepper in your pantryThe bean soup looked delicious but I wouldnt go as far as to blend it, also it needs some crunch
