Happy move in day too! Ive always moved the drawers separately and never unpacked them. Even when I did hire a truck. Took them myself. Put a black plastic bag over them. You could do 2 sofas back to back. The 40s New Yorkers had those large square footage apartments but only so many walls with windows on outside and fireplaces inside. They made rooms with back to back sofa areas. Look at old pics of when Lauren Bacall passed away and her apartment was sold. In my sewing studio I put a gate leg table I had bought from the local selling page on bed risers to be a cutting table. But I can take it off. Put the end parts down for more room or event take outside as my studio has a patio. I like furniture that can do multi things. In retirement I gained a 2 car garage sized building for sewing and now have 9 vintage machines. I watch you to learn more of the DIY furniture home decor to add to my sewing skills. Ive sewn many times in the garage in front of my car, in a closet etc. So happy to have a big place to be creative! That is such a great apartment. Its a mini home and a great view with the window behind you at the end.

Omg what a weird concept to bring your own Smoke detectors what State are you in - do you not have Fire code for rental apartments, I'm a property manager in Toronto, by law carbon monoxide/smoke detectors must be installed in all bedrooms, kitchen and other areas required by code. The idea you bring your own is CRAZY!

I liked this video better, then the other one, the frist look of the apartment, the camera was moving in that so much, I couldnt watch the entire video bc it made me sick: ( it was like those video games like CS: D But this apartment is just stunning

Got really confused about the new kitchen footage because I thought they were filming the old kitchen and putting the footage in the wrong place. Turns out its because both kitchens have the same splash back.

Someone probably said this but it looks like the 2 rods in the closet were split between rooms. So the back row would be for the room that the Lone Fox room is and the front rods are for your bedroom.

The second pole in the closet is to rotate your closet for seasons. So right now your summer clothes would be on the front rack and your winter jackets/etc would be in the back!

Anything scented stuff makes my skin break out and gives me a headache. If I walk within 100 feet of a Lush store, I basically die. Sucks to be me.

Random horror movie room Idea! Possibly place stick on fog glass on the doors that way you cant see through it but it stills allows light in: )
